"H2S" SCAVENGER is a solid, non-hazardous, sphere shaped gas
treating scavenger used for hydrogen sulfide removal, H2S removal as
well as mercaptans, carbonyl sulfides, and other sulfur compounds from
liquid and gaseous streams using a simple fixed bed reactor process.
"H2S" SCAVENGER offers consistent pressure-drop, operates over
broad temperature and pressure range, excellent sulfur loading capacity,
long bed life, safe and easy handling as well as reliable operation.

"H2S" SCAVENGER SOLUTION:

"H2S" SCAVENGER was designed to be the "premier" solid state
hydrogen sulfide "H2S" scavenger on the market. "H2S" SCAVENGER
is not an impregnated/activated product nor is it a byproduct of some
other reaction. "H2S" SCAVENGER is a patent pending, uniquely
spheridized particle formed from a naturally occuring, highly pure iron
compound. Through years of research and development "H2S"
SCAVENGER has been refined and optimized to reach maximum sulfur
loading capacities in excess of 30%* by weight (sulfur analysis by the.
"H2S" SCAVENGER is a sphere shaped, free-flowing material which
allows for easy vessel loading and unloading. Save time and money with

"H2S" SCAVENGER PROCESS:

In a typical configuration, "H2S" SCAVENGER can be packed into a
vertical vessel or used in a lead-lag vessel configuration whereby gas or
vapor flows through the bed. The sulfur compounds in the gas or vapor
feed chemically react with "H2S" SCAVENGER and absorb or become
trapped within the particle. The byproduct of this chemical reaction is
both safe and stable. Spectrol microscopic studies have shown that sulfur
is absorbed to the core of the particle exhibiting no "shell" or "skin"
effect on the outside of the particle. Under certain operating conditions,
SULFURTRAP has shown >30%* sulfur loading capacity by weight.
