END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO USER: THIS IS AN END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") WHICH SETS OUT
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED TO USE THE LICENSED SOFTWARE
PRODUCT ("SOFTWARE"). PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT
CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU INSTALL AND USE THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR BY USING THE
SOFTWARE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR
USE THE SOFTWARE.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT TREATIES,

AS WELL AS OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS AND TREATIES. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED,
NOT SOLD.

ANY COMMERCIAL OR PROFESSIONAL USE OF THE SOFTWARE CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH OF

THIS AGREEMENT.

1. LICENSE GRANT. PolySoft Solutions hereby grants to you as an individual a non-

exclusive and non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE free of charge on as
many computers as you wish.

2. RESTRICTIONS. The freeware version of the SOFTWARE may be used only by private
home users. The SOFTWARE may not be used for commercial or professional purposes.
You may not sell, rent or lease the SOFTWARE. You agree not to modify, adapt,
translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to
discover the source code of the SOFTWARE.

3. OWNERSHIP. PolySoft Solutions reserves all rights not expressly granted by this
AGREEMENT. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights to the
SOFTWARE are owned by PolySoft Solutions. The SOFTWARE is protected by United
States and foreign copyright laws, international treaties and other applicable
laws.

4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. PolySoft Solutions provides NO technical support for the

freeware version of the SOFTWARE.

5. DISTRIBUTION. You may freely distribute the SOFTWARE, so long as the

restrictions noted above are met.

6. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". POLYSOFT SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. POLYSOFT SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE MANDATORY

LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POLYSOFT SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR
ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA,
LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS OR REVENUES OF ANY KIND.

8. TERM. This AGREEMENT will enter into force upon installation of the SOFTWARE.
You may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time by uninstalling the SOFTWARE. This
AGREEMENT will also terminate if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions
of this AGREEMENT. In such event, you must uninstall the SOFTWARE.
