Opening hours
Restaurant and museum daily from 10 h to 17.30 h; 25 April to 8 May and 7 September to 18 October from 10 h to
16.30 h. Also open in the evenings for groups upon reservation – telephone +41 81 302 71 61

Thermal spring daily from 10 h to 17.30 h; Attention: from 25 April to 8 May and from 7 September to
18 October from 10 h to 16.30 h
Entrance fee Ticket machine stands at the Restaurant. Payment by ec- and creditcard, banknotes and coins
to CHF –.20, –.50, 1.–, 2.– or 5.–. Entrance fee: CHF 5.– per person. Dogs are not allowed on
the footpath to the spring.

Guided tours for groups


On demand CHF 100.– for a group of up to 25 people (groups of over 26 people will be divided, with each
group being liable for the charge of CHF 100.–). Additional charge CHF 25.– per group,
outside official bus schedule. For guided tours: the admission price to the thermal spring and
museum is CHF 4.– per person.

Duration of the guided tour: 90 minutes including house and thermal spring, or by prior

By bus from the station From 25 April to 18 October; reservations for groups and ordering of extra tours for more than

On foot from Bad Ragaz: 50 to 60 minutes; easy route
from Valens: 20 minutes; steep trail, solid footwear required
from Pfäfers Dorf via Ragol: 60 minutes; over the natural bridge, solid footwear required
from Pfäfers Dorf (Parkplatz): 50 minutes; via Schwattenfall, solid footwear required
Parking at the SBB train station or in the multi-storey car park in the village centre. Bicycles, mountain
bike and vehicles of any kind are strictly prohibited on the road to the Altes Bad Pfäfers!
