Bar Exam Overview Nebraska
On the MPRE a scaled score of 85 is required for admission purpose within three years before or
after passing the Nebraska Bar Exam.
Nebraska makes bar exam results available approximately five or six weeks after the exam.
Reciprocity Nebraska gives reciprocity to candidates who have either:
Already passed a test equivalent (MBE, MEE, and MPRE) to the exam administered in the
Nebraska, or who have been practicing law actively in for 5 of the 7 years in good standing
immediately preceding the application.

Partnerships, Federal Civil Procedure, Wills and Decedents' Estates, Real Property.

Criminal Law and Procedure,
1. Each objective tests one subject. 2. Every Multitask bar exam subject is tested on every MBE
exam and every MEE subject is tested on every essay exam. 4. The Nebraska bar exam essay
component may test more than one subject per essay question.
