The St. Louis County Department of Public Health 2019 Novel Coronavirus ("COVID-19")
Safer At Home Order ("the Order") requires that restaurants must cease all indoor service and are only
allowed to provide outdoor serice, carryout, and delivery. All Drinking establishments must only
provide carryout and delivery. A copy of the Order and additional information can be found at
www.stlcorona.com.
DPH is in receipt of information that your business, Satchmo's Bar and Grill, is operating in
violation of the Order due to failure to close indoor dining. Be advised that persons operating a business
in violation of the Order are subject to both civil actions and criminal penalties. A conviction based on a

imprisonment of up to I year, or a fine of up to $2,000, or both.
Accordingly, I direct you to immediately correct all violations of the Order. Failure to
comply with this directive may result in DPH's issuance of a show cause order for closure of your
business or other legal action to enforce compliance. Again, if you dispute that you or your
business has violated the Order, please provide the basis for the dispute as set forth below.
You may choose to consult with your private legal counsel concerning compliance with the
Order.
Noncompliance with the Order may disqualify the Business from future financial benefits.
If you dispute that your business is operating in violation of the Order, please contact St. Louis
County Department of Public Health at business-covid@stlouisco.com and provide all substantive
reasons why you believe the Order has not been violated by the Business.
