by Guffey and Lowey (2016), and briefly answer the following questions:
1. What are the barriers to effective listening skills? Explain each of them in one
sentence.
2. Briefly explain five strategies that you can adopt to improve your listening skills.
3. What is nonverbal communication? Are nonverbal cues easy to read?
4. How do we send messages to others without speaking?
5. Describe briefly the four space zones for social interaction.
