Flygt APP 111

Control unit

1 Product Description 1.4 The data plate

1.1 Product design

APP 111 is a control unit that is intended for use with Flygt pump DXG
12 11
25-11T PLUS, part number 26-330004101, in small wastewater pump-
ing stations. APP 111 is installed inside the pumping station and it con-
trols and operates the pump, automatically adapting the running cycles 13
to the inflow. An integrated high-level switch monitors the level of
wastewater in the pumping station.
1
1.2 Limitations 2
APP 111 is only compatible with Flygt pump DXG 25-11T PLUS, part 3 10
number 26–330004101. 4

2 Function Description
2.1 Overview
The control system has three running modes: normal operation, rest
mode, and sleep mode. There is also a cleaning mode.

1
Normal operation is active when there is a daily inflow of wastewater.
Rest mode is active if no wastewater, or only a small volume of waste- [1]
water, has entered the pumping station for 16 hours. Sleep mode is
active if no wastewater, or only a small volume of wastewater, has en-
tered the pumping station for 36 hours.

2.2 Start up
When the power is turned on, the pump enters normal operation and
[2]
starts within 10–360 s. The exact start time is random and determined
by a stochastic process. 3 4

pumping station, the pump snores from start and stops after 10-20 s.
