Assembly and Installation Panels
We recommend installing the Mammoth Tomato
Towers at planting time, when the plants are still small,
to avoid damaging roots and stems later in the season.
For ease of installation, loosen the soil to a depth of 8”
to 12”, especially in stony or heavy soil. Lower
Step 1. Identify the 4 Upper Panels by finding the Panels
Panels with the Receptacles (Figure 1). Attach them
together by sliding the hooks on one Panel into the
loops on another Panel, forming a square (Figure 2).
Repeat to attach the Lower Panels together.

Step 2. Position the Lower Panels where you want legs
your Tomato Cage and press the lower legs firmly
into the soil. Place the Upper Panels on top of the Lower Panels, guiding
the upper half's receptacles over the short wires at each corner of the Lower
Panels (Figure 1).
The powder-coated steel is weather-resistant. However if the finish is nicked
or scratched, use an exterior-grade metal paint to prevent rust. For greater
stability, especially in windy areas, we recommend attaching each Tower to a
sturdy stake or anchoring it with Earth Staples (sold separately).
