flat shoes or black quotes, a white hat
adorned with artificial flowers and
ribbons. They carry a white painted
scribble, adorned with colored
ribbons.
What people do? Dance, go to concerts, parades, dress
up, throw flour and do comedy so that
the city celebrates the Colombian
identity.
Why it is a Because it is one of the most
special important folkloric and cultural
celebration. festivals in Colombia and is known as
the Masterpiece of the Oral and
Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
