PARTICULARLY DURING COVID-19

Research Problem

This study aims to help address concerns about the growing demand for wider bandwidth

internet connections in the Philippines. People who are using the internet in the Philippines are

dealing with a hard time accessing the internet connection due to its slow connectivity and

performance to their customers.

Research Questions

This study was designed to explore the following research questions:

1. How necessary is having a fast internet connection in the:

a. Students
b. Workers
c. Community
d. Economy
2. How many times do you use the internet in your daily living?
3. How bad is our country internet connection affect your duty as students or workers?
4. In our current situation, what are your thoughts and opinion about those students who
were having a hard time modifying and learning to the new normal condition?
5. Are you also in favor of having an academic break in our country? Why?

Scope and Delimitation

The study was conducted to find out the rejoinder of how bad the internet connection of our

country and how thus it affects the duty of the individual. The researcher chose a respondent

who is mostly utilizing an internet connection in his\her daily living, the reason for that is

because we want to conduct good research that can help our government and as well as give

advice to the telecom company to render great service to their customers.

Advantages and benefits of your study

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, practically everyone has had to change the way they go

about their daily lives. Whether it is about managing their businesses, paying the bills, or

pursuing their studies. The rest of the world have been getting used to online means of getting

things done. Indeed, internet access has gone from being a convenience to becoming a

necessity. Unfortunately, in our country's internet performance, everyone is having a hard time

accessing it. This study aims to help to improve the service and provide an excellent system of

the telecom company in our country. This study can use as a guide on fulfilling their customer's

satisfaction. The successors of this study are not only for the present but including future.
