I. Preliminary Daily Routine
 Prayer, greetings, checking of
attendance, cleanliness, uniform &
arrangement of the line

“Class let us all stand and put ourselves in the


presence of the lord as we pray. (Students will stay in their places and pray)

“Prado, can you please come here in front and


lead the Prayer” “Are you ready to pray classmates?”

“Ms. Secretary please check the attendance of
your classmate. Thank you.”

“Before you sit down can pick up any trash.”

“You may sit down.”

“So, class how was your week going?”

“Okay that’s good to know. So, are you ready “It’s good, Ma’am”

“Okay, but before we start let’s have some

“Now before we discuss our topic for today, we
will have some short motivation. I want you to
pair yourselves into two and make 4 lines.” (after pairing and making a line)

“I’ll give you this scarf and listen to my


instruction.” (after giving them the scarf)

“This game is called SCARF TOSS Challenge.


You work with a partner then challenge each
other to catch juggling scarves. You will start at
the center line (one arms apart), the idea of the
activity is to move further back throwing (one
step back at a time) the scarf up in the air and
attempting to catch your partner’s scarf. “

“Do you understand the instructions? The last


partners standing, you will have a reward.” “Yes, Ma’am”

“Will give 15 mins to play the activity.”

(After 15 mins)

“Do you enjoy the activity?”

“Do you think that it’s related to our topic for

II. Lesson Proper


“Our next topic will be Basic Footwork in
Badminton.”
(The will show an illustration of a badminton
court)
“Doing an effective and organized footwork
provides superb speed and agility which enables
the player to move around the badminton court
swiftly and return every shuttlecock.”

“Almanza can you point out the base or center (Student point out the center line of the
line in the illustration?” court)

“Prado can you point out the possible


movements around the court from the center (Students point out the possible movements
line?” with an arrow)

“Why is it important that going back to the base


or center line after you hit the bird?” (Students will answer based on their
opinion)
“Right, cause every time you move away from
the center line to hit the shuttle, you must
quickly return to your base to prepare yourself
for your opponent’s shot.”
