DOUBLE CHOCOLATE

SHOPPING LIST
HAZELNUT COOKIES
HAZELNUT

INGREDIENTS :

• ½ CUP WHOLE WHEAT


FLOUR
• 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR + 2
TBSP WATER
• ½ CUP FINELY CHOPPED
HAZELNUT
• ¼ CUP COCOA POWDER
• 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
• ½ TSP BAKING POWDER
• 4 TBSP BUTTER
• ½ CUP SUGAR
• ½ CUP CHOCHOCHIPS.
(YOU MAY ALSO TAKE
LESS CHOCHOCHIPS)
METHOD :

▪ IN A BOWL MIX SUGAR AND BUTTER TILL FLUFFY.


▪ THEN ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND MIX
▪ ADD THE CORNFLOUR + WATER AND MIX.
▪ NOW ADD THE FLOUR, COCOA POWDER, BAKING
POWDER. MIX ALL UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
▪ NOW ADD THE CHOCHOCHIPS AND CHOPPED
HAZELNUTS.
▪ TAKE A BAKING TRAY AND LINE IT WITH
PARCHMENT OR BUTTER PAPER.
▪ MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE DOUGH AND DROP
THEM AN INCH APART ( THE COOKIES WILL
SPREAD WHILE BAKING).
▪ PREHEAT OVEN AT 180°C FOR 10 MINUTES.
▪ PUT THE BAKING TRAY IN THE OVEN AND BAKE
FOR 10-15 MINUTES AT 180°C.
▪ LET THEM COOL FOR SOMETIME.
