KILN SHUTDOWN JOBS Date:25/10/2019

I. Preheater :-

1) U-tube slope area wall repairing & anchor welding, scaffolding arrange with process.
2) TA Duct AT P/H Elbow area repairing & anchor welding work
3) Inlet area inspection , if needed repairing

II. Kiln:-

1) Hydraulic thrust roller top cover open for bearing checking which found abnormal due to spare not
available, so only greasing work done.
2) Kiln tip castings plate checking, anchor welding for cast able purpose.
3) Kiln outlet seal, lamina plate damage are changing.
4) Burner pipe inspection, repairing to be dive.
5) PC blower pulley checking after v-belt removal.
6) Cooler hydraulic drive all cylinder base bolt checking.
7) DPC buckets repairing, conveyor rollers all repairing.
8) Clinker belt conveyor rollers repairing.
9) Clinker bypass chute patching work.
10) Cooler fan no. 1 & 5 bearing checking.
