centers.

Process/Procedure 0.- Make known to Amazon leader of inspections area

1.- Daily visual inspection of all stationary conveyance and all flex
conveyance.

2.- Ensure all safety guards are in place.

3.- Inspect all electrical conduit and j-boxes, no visible damage or


exposed wires.

4.- Inspect communication cable(s) and plugs for any exposed


wires, loose connections, or damage.

5.- Inspect power cable(s) and plugs for any exposed wires, loose
connections, or damage.

6.- Ensure that all control box covers are in place and secure.
Replace or secure as needed.

7.- Where applicable inspect O-bands are present on each roller.

8.- Where applicable inspect transport belts are in good condition


no visible rips or holes, lacing and pin is intact, tracks in middle of
bed.

9.- Inspect debris catch pan(s), if more than 50% full, create a PM
Follow up WO to clean out debris.

10.-Where applicable inspect motor/gearbox(s) for signs of leaks.

11.- Ensure that conveyor and/or system start/stops properly.

12.- Ensure proper operation: Product travels with no dead spots


and no jams.
