I001 - THEFT EXTENSION CLAUSE

"It is hereby declared and agreed that the policy is extended to
indemnify the Insured to the extent of intrinsic value of any loss of
or damage due to Theft of property or any part thereof whilst
contained in the premises described in the schedule of the Policy at
an additional premium. All other terms, conditioons and exclusions of
the policy remain the same.
I004 - SRCC EXTENSION CLAUSE
Loss or damage directly or indirectly, proximately or remotely
occasioned by or which arises out of or in connection with riot and
strike, civil commotion stands covered under the policy
I005 - FIRST LOSS POLICY
"It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy is issued as a
'First Loss insurance' upto % as specified of Insured's total value at
risk as itemized in the schedule attached to and forming part of
this Policy and that the liability of the company is limited to the
percentage so chosen.
It is further declared and agreed that in the event of the total value
at risk at the time of loss within the meaning of the Policy
be greater than the total value declared for purposes of this
insurance and incorporated in the Schedule, the Insured shall be
considered as being his own insurer for the difference, and shall bear
a ratable share of the loss accordingly.
