1. Tugas dikerjakan berkelompok maksimal @ 3 orang / kelompok.
2. Ada 7 model pakaian yang akan dianalisa, tiap-tiap kelompok melakukan kegiatan sbb:
a. Risk Assessment
b. Testing Plan
c. Care Symbol and Instruction
Detil point 2.a dan 2.b diatas akan diterangkan lebih lanjut di pertemuan minggu ke 7.
3. Laporan ditulis dengan ketentuan sbb:
a. Huruf Arial 11 pt.
b. Spasi 1.5.
c. Cover + Daftar Isi
4. Penilaian:
a. Risk Assessment: Dapat menguraikan dengan lengkap apa saja potensi resiko yang bisa
terjadi yang berkaitan dengan kegagalan saat produksi atau setelah dikonsumen yang dapat
menurunkan mutu atau penampilan produk pakaian tersebut.
b. Testing Plan: Dapat memberikan jenis tes apa saja yang diperlukan berikut alasan
selengkap mungkin (beserta standar yang dipakai/ alat/ metode/ pass criteria), agar
kinerja dan fungsi pakaian tersebut sesuai dengan disain atau peruntukan di awal rencana.
