As a longtime employee of the Adelanto Elementary School District, I am excited to continue my

educational career as your future Assistant Administrator of Instructional Improvement and Academic
Coaching (AAIIAC). The love I have for the community that I serve is the main driving force behind my
fifteen years of continuous employment as a teacher in our district. As an AAIIAC, I will be committed to
supporting the academic achievement of all students, using data to drive instruction, support staff with
resources, and establish an environment of reflection and coaching.

As the attached résumé will highlight, I am currently a 5th grade teacher at Adelanto Elementary School. As
a teacher leader, I have served in numerous leadership roles through the years. As PBIS coach, I lead the
staff through the creation of schoolwide expectations, the development of a vision and mission statement,
and the enactment of several positive incentives for students and staff. My leadership experiences also
include being a member of the school Leadership Team, facilitating Safe School Ambassadors, coordinating
our schools Student Success Team, and many others. My most recent leadership success is the
establishment of our Teacher Collaboration Group. Our group meets weekly to share resources, support
each other in daily planning, use individual strengths to build capacity in our school, and establish supports
for the mental health of our school staff.

If you are looking for an administrator that is dedicated to the students, parents, staff, and community, I
would appreciate the opportunity to continue to serve the Adelanto Elementary School District in the role of
Assistance Administrator if Instructional Improvement and Academic Coaching.
