PROMOTED TWEETS:

Promoted tweets and tweets which are being used by the advertisers want to reach
a wider range of people or users to increase the engagement from their existing
followers to more followers. And promoted tweets are always mentioned or
labelled as promoted as an advertiser is paying for their placement on Twitter.
Promoted tweets represents as a regular tweet and can be read tweeted or liked.
