PHILIPPINES – GENSAN CHAPTER 3rd REGULAR MEETING

Barangay Councilors League of the Philippines – GenSan Chapter President

SBM George Bisnar presided the 3rd Regular Meeting. After the prayer led by SBM
Noel Bautista and National Anthem conducted by SBM Danilo Soto, the chair
then acknowledged everyone’s presence and gave his welcome address.

Under the Privileged Hour the Department Head of Integrated Barangay

Affairs, Ms. Sahara gave her insight about the travel of BCLP members and she
added to make a resolution together with the list of attendees of the said
convention. She also emphasized that their will be a generating fund for the
upcoming Araw ng mga Barangay. After which, the body proceeded to discuss
the agenda.

1a - SBM Bisnar presented the activities for the Araw ng mga Barangay this
coming October 22-24, 2019;
 FUN RUN
 MUTYA NG BARANGAY
 15 -23 years old
 The height is 5’4’’ (164.59 cm) or must be proportionate to
her weight
 Must have a year of residency in her represented Barangay
 VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
 Mixed Volleybal; 2 boys and 4 girls
 Allowed to import Job Orders and SK Council
 BOWLING TOURNAMENT
 Exclusive for Barangay Council
 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
 PARADE DURING OPENING CEREMONY
 STREET DANCE COMPETITION
 FLOAT PARADE
 BLOOD LETTING AND MEDICAL MISSION

1b - He added that the mechanics and guidelines will be given next BCLP-
Gensan meeting;

1c - SBM Bisnar emphasized that this activity is a JOINT ACTIVITY of Liga

Ng Mga Barangay and Barangay Councilors League of the Philippines;
1d - SBM Bisnar stressed the series of activities;
 1ST DAY: OPENING PARADE
MUTYA NG BARANGAY
 2 DAY: BALL GAMES
ND

 3RD DAY: GILA DAY

1e - The committees of the said occurrence will be discussed on the next
meeting;

2a - National colors of BCLP are Black and Violet;

2b - SBM Bisnar appointed SBM Bautista to take-charge the BCLP pin and logo
and will be presented next meeting.

3a - For other matters, the body arranged to create a Constitution and By-
laws and Implementing Rules and Regulations;
3b - Last Friday of the Month is the Regular Meeting. (If Friday is Holiday it will
be moved on Thursday);
3c - There will a membership fee amounting to P1, 000.00;

There being no other matters to be taken, the meeting was adjourned by

SBM Danilo Soto and duly seconded by SBM Noel Bautista at exactly 3:55 P.M.
