Program Title : OUTSTANDING PERFORMER EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE


RECOGNIZED (OPENER)
Learning Area/Special This is to recognize all employees’ innovation, good deeds
Program and contribution to DepEd, Division of Capiz for the month. It
will be done every 4th Monday of the month, during Flag
Ceremony starting January to December of the year.

Every 4th Monday of the Month

Rationale: Happy workers make more productive and loyal employees. Everyone likes the idea
bigger paycheck, however it’s not always the money that keeps talented people contributing to
the organization’s goal. The way people were treated determines 30 percent or 100 percent
contributions.

Objectives: 1. To give due recognition to employees’ contribution to the accomplishment of


the Division Targets;
2. To foster greater employee engagement and deeper sense of satisfaction;
3. To give greater workplace gratification.

End of Program Outputs: An empowered and dedicated Division of Capiz Personnel
