Respected Sir,

As per the above referred letter, last date for submission of self appraisal for e-APAR of 2019-20 was
15.06.2020. But I am in receipt of various calls from across the BSNL that many executives couldn’t
submit their self appraisal of e-APAR of 2019-20 in time. They couldn’t submit the appraisal due to
restricted movement at many vulnerable places on account of the covid-19 threat and others reasons.
It has also been brought to my knowledge that some people couldn’t succeeded in submitting due to
some technical snag at last moment.

In the light of prevailing circumstances and the hardships being faced by the executives, the ESS Portal
for submission of self appraisal of e-APAR for 2019-20 should be open for at least ONE WEEK further.

Accordingly, we request for opening of ESS Portal window for another one week at least to allow the
left out executives to submit their self appraisal of e-APAR of 2019-20 in the ESS Portal.
