All of our AC pallet trucks can be fitted with a “Progressive Brake” or “Dead Man Brake”.
Both types can be used to slow the trucks down. There are differences!
Dead Man Brake Pallet Truck
This type of pallet truck applies the brake if the operative releases the brake lever or completely releases the pulling handle.
It also doubles up as an automatic parking brake! Available as standard, quicklift, reel carrier and low profile options.
Progressive Brake Pallet Truck
This type of pallet truck brake operates like a bicycle brake i.e. the more you pull the brake lever, the harder the brake is applied.
This type of system is also fitted with a parking brake. Available as standard, quicklift, reel carrier and low profile options.
Quicklift option

WARRIOR Safelift
The WARRIOR Safelift is the ultimate equipment for alleviating problem

on site handling issues. It allows professional transportation of heavy
and awkward loads like safes, cabinets, switchgear, vending machines,
and machinery weighing up to 1800Kg.
Multi-Directional
The WARRIOR Safelift is supplied in pairs (one for each end of the load)
and when strapped together around a load (using the 5m securing straps
supplied) can lift the load to a max of 250mm and then be manually
propelled around corridors, around corners into lifts etc...
They can be easily transported around due to their low individual weight
of 43Kg. The lifting toe is fitted with a rubber covering to eliminate
slippage. Units are finished in orange powder coating and zinc chromate.
Mounted on non marking polyurethane swivel castors all round.

The WARRIOR DRUM PORTER OVERIDE DTR250 has a wide straddle and a cantilevered frame which allows
it to pass over a 800mm max wide pallet allowing drums to be manoeuvred both on and off with ease. The

WARRIOR Automatic Drum Clamps for Fork Lift Trucks
WARRIOR Automatic Drum Clamps fit quickly and easily onto the forks. They are secured via hand screws. Once fitted, the drum clamp will automatically pick up,
transport and deposit drums without the driver needing to leave the truck. The drums are held in position by using their own weight to tighten the arms. When

ISO 13284
The WARRIOR range of fork extensions are a simple but effective way of lengthening your forks
to handle longer loads safely without damaging the load.
Manufactured from heavy duty steel channel they will fit on to forks up to 50mm thick.
Steel retainers prevent the forks from sliding off.
We recommend that you check with the manufacturer of your lift truck its capabilities when
lifting at a greater load centre.
Fork extensions should not exceed the length of fork to which they are fitted by more than 40%.
