    All reinforcing bars shall be of high yield


    type II deformed bars conforming to BS
    4449 with a characteristic strength of 460
    N/mm2. Concrete shall be of grade C35 and
    blinding concrete shall be of grade C20.
    Minimum lap & anchorage shall be provide
    as per BS 8110. All exposed edges of
    concrete shall have 25x25 chamfer.
