     To explain the roles of student in undertaking field / project work
     To discuss with students on how to write report
     To discuss about important information students should collect during field.
     Important documents for the exercise will be issued these include; [logbook,
    Performance evaluation form, guidance form, and letter of introduction]

    All students must attend this important meeting.
