On this mental health day here is a question for all the senior officials of any big or small

organization:

Is caring about the mental health of your employees just confined to your LinkedIn or other social
media posts? Or do you really give a heed about your employee’s mental state?

I think not! And I am making such a big statement because of the things most of my friends, family,
acquaintances or in fact I have faced.

I am not writing this post to gain any kind of sympathy but I would like to request every organization
to not merely USE their employees and leave them so mentally discouraged that the thoughts of
ending their own life starts inculcating in their minds.

Talking about mental health just on mental health day or when a big tragedy happens will not help.
Even in these crucial times when jobs are so deficient, people are voluntarily resigning.

And why?

Because they are mentally harassed by the work culture, continuous taunts, not a single word of
appreciation, casual demeaning and what not!
