Pope’s Message

In this world full of violence, pain, and sorrow, we tend to think that our world will
never be restored again nor such unity would happen. But there was this man who visited us
with a compassionate heart and a brave soul who rendered his life in keeping peace and
restoring the faith of humanity in order for us to be renewed. This man that I am talking about
is no other than the Pope whom everyone adores, Pope Francis.
In his message, there were a lot of things that made a huge impact in my heart. There
were three aspects of his message which he would like to consider: resting in the Lord, rising
with Jesus and Mary, and being a prophet voice. I will start at the very beginning where he said
that we must have time to rest our body, mind and soul. I will try to reflect and hear what God
is telling me through the power of prayer. I will bear in my mind that whenever I feel down,
weak and emotionally hurt, I should not be afraid to let it out and talk to Him. With this, it will
help in expressing my feelings and which defines me as a person.
The second thing that I’ve learned is rising with Jesus and Mary. In every family, they
face an everyday challenges that will test their trust and love with each other. In my family, I
must do my duty as their daughter and as a good example to my sister. Also in our society, I
need to show my kindness to those persons who are in need because it’s about time to help
them because a simple act of kindness can create a better world.
Lastly, his message deals with ourselves. I was able to get his point that every action I do
and as the child of God, I must first think and evaluate if the outcome will be a good one. I
should feel it in my heart if I am willing to do it and if I am, then it is about time to do and
spread the goodness for the humanity.
