1. How do you protect yourself from erroneous claims of herbal "cure all’s"?

Misinformation and fake news are vastly spreading throughout different forms of media
specially in the online platform. Producers of such herbal medicines are accountable for ensuring
the claims that they promote with their products if it’s not misleading to users. I have to avoid
believing on what other people are claiming on what the medicinal plants can do to them since it
cannot prove that the effects of the herbs to them would be the same to others. To protect myself
from using fallacious assertions, I have to be a wise consumer. I have to make a research
regarding on what type of medicinal plant am I going to use. For me to understand on what the
effects of the medicines to me, I have to consult to my doctor or a pharmacist so that they’ll be
able to advise me on what medicinal plants should I use.
