AFFIDAVIT

I, GIOVANI C. DENNA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen with residence at

Dagupan, Tabuk City, Kalinga, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby aver and state that:

1) I attended the Oath Taking Ceremony for the Successful 2019 Bar
Candidates via Zoom video conference on June 25, 2020 (Thursday) at
2:00 PM;

2) I attended the said ceremony via such video conference in Tabuk City,
Kalinga, which is within the Philippine territory;

3) I have attached herewith as Annex “1” and series photographs and

screenshots of the video conference showing myself and the En Banc
proceedings during the ceremony;

4) I am executing this affidavit to the truth of the foregoing averments and

for all intents and purposes it may serve.
