    Addendum A

    Client shall pay to the Firm, a total retainer fee of __$12,000_____ (in words_____twelve thousand
    dollars) as described in the payment schedule below.

    a. Client agree to pay Deposit of __$1500____________(in words___________)

    b. First payment of ___$3000____ dollars at the time of receiving Legal Confirmed Valid
    Job Offer or Employer –Employee Contract.
    c. Upon securing the job offer the firm will apply for HRSDC approval. Once the approval is
    received, the client will pay $ ___3500)
    d. Clients visa processing will start after receiving the second installment of retainer. After
    issuance of Visa/ or medical letter by Canadian Embassy in case of immigration, the last
    installment of retainer amounting $___2000_____ shall be paid by the client
