What are the essential skills that a teacher should have?

To be a teacher is an art.True teachers are those who can make you love them,but also
the subject they teach.Kindergarten teacher have a hard mission,but beautiful:creation of
some autonomos personalities which can integrate themselves in society,with the capacity of
critical thinking and creative,with a moral profile dignified to be followed and with high
professionalism.
“Teachers profession is a big and beautiful profession,which is different from others,a
profession which isn’t left at evening once with the work outfit.A rough and pleasant
job,humble and proud,overparticular and available,a job where average isn’t possible,where
exceptional training is barely satisfactory,a profession which exhaust and refresh ,disperses
and exalts ,a job where to know means nothing without emotions ,where the love is pure and
without spiritual strength,a profession when heavy ,when incapable ,ingrate and full of
magic”.
Much thinks to be a teacher means just to show informations in front of students,to test
the level of them and make a leaderboard based on notes.This job is more profound,it
requires special qualities,Those who want to follow a teaching career need to think very good
before doing this step.He or she need to be very aware of the importance this job
hold,because to be a teacher means to dedicate yourself to those you teach ,to give them your
love and respect,to have positive feelings towards them.You are responsible in front of
them,their parents and society about how you influence them in life.Teachers career isn’t “to
play second fiddle”,you follow it only if u like,if you have the vocation,not when the life
denied you in other places.
I became what I am thanks to my teachers that I had.Many asked me why i chose this
job.I don’t think I could do anything else.From childhood i dreamed to be a teacher.I liked to
do what she does,how she behave,how she speak,how she laugh,who she dress.She was all
for me.Later the love for kids make me love the job.
