1.0.Introduction
1.1Background of the Study
Yambao Funeral Service is using the ordinary way for conducting services to
people. And that is the manual computing of sales and manual recording of transactions
and client profile. Upon using the ways these are the several or conflict that they may
encounter.
FCPA’S conduct a survey about the company and develop a system that may
solve their problem. This system is called Funeral Service System for Yambao Funeral
Homes.

in the kind of business they have. They considered the idea of having this system in order for
him to evaluate the monthly report of their clients, and for them to have an easy and modern
way of transaction.

We also gathered information about how their clients interact with them when their
transactions occur and search to the internet the related solution in this kind of problem the
company has. Internet has a lot of information that could help the proponents in developing
this system.
3.3. Observation
The proponents visited the particular place where the Yambao Funeral Services is in to
observe the daily routine of their employees and how they will implement the system.

The traditional way of serving the clients done by the Yambao Funeral Services
is by book recording. Meaning to say they were manual base. Like recording their client’s
unexpected events that may happen like losing some info or data about that client. That’s
why we have our idea to create this Yambao Funeral Service System.
Yambao Funeral Service System is a system that contain all the information
needed by the administrator regarding their clients. This also includes the different
transactions that will be done between their clients and employees. This system also
allows the administrator monitor the status of their business in a short period of time. In
short, this system will minimize the efforts of the employees and the administrator

The Splash screen will appear first before the users have an access to the system. After the user
already logged in he can view the Main Menu containing the Client Profile, Costing, Payment and
Reports. The Client Profile contains the basic information about the customers and to the deceased
person. Costing is all about the outlay of the expenditures selected by the customer and the Payment is
the amount of expenditures that is needed to pay by the client. Reports is a formal record of our sales

This will appear before the user can access to the system.
LOG IN
Here, the user will enter his or her username and password for him to enter the system.
MAIN MENU
It contains CLIENT PROFILE, COSTING, PAYMENT, REPORT, and SIGN OUT.
CLIENT PROFILE
Here, the user will fill up the following informations needed by the admin then click ok. After
clicking ok, it will automatically go to COSTING. Incase the user has an existing information, the user
may search it on the search box above.
COSTING
Here, the user will first, choose either LLP (Libreng Libing Program) or CUSTOMIZE. If
they will choose LLP the P8000 will automatically appear that will be paid by the client. And, if the
user will choose CUSTOMIZE the user will choose what CASKETS, FUNERAL COUCH and
FLOWERS they want to buy. After the user choose, the total amount will appear on the screen and
click SAVE. After clicking SAVE, it will automatically go to payment. And if there is an error or
the user click the wrong checkbox they can correct it using the edit button above.
PAYMENT
The payment is the official reciept that contains all the informations that is filled up by the user.
REPORT
Here, the user will enter the date.
After entering the date, transactions that occured on that date will appear.
