I, Arnel U. Diao, is the consignee of the shipment from Italy under DHL air
waybill no. 1922655302 containing computer and cables (13” Macbook Pro
2020) value at 1.510,00 EURO.

I would like to take this opportunity to request your good office to process
my shipping documents under Informal entry. Shipment is very urgent and
we will be using it for my daughter’s online school this academic year and
it was purchased abroad due to limited stocks here in the Philippines.
Presently, I don’t have Customs Accreditation licensed necessary mandatory
for Customs E2M processing due to I’m not regular importer for any future
shipments, I affirmed to comply with the Accreditation requirements to act
in accordance with the Bureau of Customs rules and regulation.

We are willing to pay for the corresponding duties and taxes this shipment
might incur.
