MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : After Activity Report re: TWG Meeting for the Month of August
2020

DATE : August 10, 2020

1. Reference: QCPD P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that the Technical
Working Group Meeting in preparation of One Time Big Time (OTBT) activity was
conducted on August 10, 2020, 09:00 AM at the QCPD Conference Room, Camp
Karingal, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City. The meeting was presided by PCOL
FERDINAND T NAVARRO, DDDO, Vice Chairman QCPD TWG for P.A.T.R.O.L PLAN
2030 and attended by Chiefs D-Staff and other TWG members. The meeting was also
participated by Mr. Ricardo B. Corpuz, DACPTD member, Head, BCRD, Quezon City
Hall and other invited persons thru video teleconference (VTC).

3. The following were the highlights of the meeting;

a. PLTCOL JAY BORROMEO C, DLO, member TWG presented the

overview and guideline in the implementation of City Ordinances amidst to
the MECQ status of Quezon City;
b. Mr. Ricardo Corpuz, reiterated the City Ordinance SP 2908 an ordinance
requiring the use of facemask or other face coverings in public places
within Quezon City. Any person found violating such ordinance shall be
penalized by fine ranging from Php.1000.00 to 5,000.00;
c. PBGEN ELMO DG SAN DIEGO (Ret.) C, DPOS QC discussed the
issuance of Unified Ordinance Violation Receipt (UOVR) to be use during
the OTBT activity;
d. Mr. Ricardo Corpuz, permitted the use of Electronic Quarantine Pass or E-
Pass wherein a copy of Quarantine Pass has stored on Mobile Phone;
e. Mr. Alberto H. Kimpo, Assistant City Administrator for Operation QC
reiterated the memorandum issued by QC Mayor on July 13, 2020 a
guideline imposed by the city government wherein, if violated, a
warrantless arrest may be implemented by authorities;
f. During the OTBT activity City Treasurer will be present at the processing
areas; and
g. DDO suggested to have a Pay on-site after the issuance of OVR during
the OTBT.

4. The meeting adjourned at 11:45 AM. Attached are the attendance sheets and
photos taken during the meeting
