1. The plot/ Real estate development bought by the complainant in


consideration within the present case is: ATS GOLF MEADOWS – 1
2. The plot was booked by the complainants in the year: 2005
3. The amount in full was paid by the complainant in the year: 2005-2006
4. The letter of Allotment and the subsequent allocation of the plot by the
respondents was provided on: 25/4/2009
5. Verbal agreement between the complainant and the respondent regarding
transfer of possession made on: 25/4/2011 (2 years after date of
allotment)
6. Thereafter, the respondent revised the plot area and changed the allotted
plots assigned to the complaint
7. Subsequently, the handing over of possession was promised by: 27/11/14
(2 years from the date of allotment) and it has still not been given till
date.

8. Further, a new revision of the plot area and new allotment of plots was
made on: 23/1/2013
RELIEF CLAIMED:
Refund of complete amount deposited against property @20% interest till actual
realization of the complete amount within 90 days.
1. Rs. 20 lakh – Mental agony
2. Rs. 14 lakh – Deficiency in services
3. Rs. 14 lakh – Physical harassment
4. 5% of total estimated cost of the project under S.61 RERA
5. To evoke license of OP under S.7 of RERA.
