DONABEL P.

MONTOYA

BEED 2-B

(Teacher Clariza is a neophyte teacher. She always complains about

her noisy and unruly pupils. Telling them to keep quiet in a soft
manner has not been effective. Suggest some tips on how she can
condition her class to keep still by applying Pavlovian Theory.)

One of the best things to do if your pupil is not following your rules and
regulations inside the classroom you should exert more efforts to get
their attentions and apply the Pavlovian theory . These are the
following things that you need to do.

1. Praise them always if they follow your commands.

2. Always prepare rewards for those pupils who is doing good and
following your rules and regulations inside the class.
3. Always motivate them when they listen to you they will be praise
and get reward.
4. If they are too noisy you should share a story to catch their
attention.
5. Teach them a sign when you play the music entitled “put your
finger on your lips” they should stop talking.
