Subject: - PRECAUTIONARY AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES AGAINST THE

SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19).

Vide this Commission's circular of even number dated 20th March, 2020 and
dated 15th April, 2020, it was communicated that:-
i. All the Director Generals at NAVTTC HQs & Regional Offices have to
identify essential staff for important tasks and ensuring their presence in office on
rotation basis.
ii. The rotation plan of officers/staff is required to be notified in each
office/region and communicated to Admn Section, NAVTTC HQ.

2. In this regard, it has been observed that the instructions are not followed in letter & spirit
hence, the competent authority has taken a serious notice.

3. Anyone not wearing mask will not be allowed in ED Office as well as in meetings in future.
Wearing of mask is compulsory for all officers/officials during duty hours in the
office.

4. Social distancing policy must be adopted during office hours in the office and all the
employees are directed to avoid shake hand and gathering with each other.

5. Employees with illness (Flu, Fever etc.) or facing health challenges may also work from
home. Lady officers/officials who have kids will remain off but will be available
at cell phone.

7. Closure of public dealing in all NAVTTC offices.

8. It may be noted for strict compliance that the officers/staff may not consider themselves on
leave as they will remain available on phone at home and concerned Director
Generals may evaluate their performance while they are working from home.

9. All Director Generals are, therefore, requested to ensure strict compliance of all the
instructions and may make such rotation plans which help in smooth running of
official business.
