Zumba-­‐

 Is  a  dance  fitness  program  that  involves  dance  and  aerobic  elements.  
The  choreography  incorporates  hip-­‐hop,  soca,  samba,  salsa,  merengue  and  
mambo.  Squats  and  lunges  are  also  included.    

Circuit/HIIT-­‐  This  class  incorporates  cardio  and  strength  training  to  get  tone  
and  gain  endurance.  

Dance  Fitness-­‐  A  great  workout  to  build  cardio  and  sculpt  muscles  with  high  
energy  dance  routines  to  music  that  is  sure  to  get  you  moving.    

Aqua  Aerobics-­‐  Challenge  the  body  with  this  class  which  combines  water  
aerobics  with  various  strength  moves.  It  is  designed  to  improve  muscular  
strength,  flexibility,  range  of  motion,  and  overall  conditioning.    

Spin-­‐  Is  a  form  of  exercise  with  classes  focusing  on  endurance,  strength,  
intervals,  high  intensity  and  recovery,  and  involves  using  a  special  stationary  
exercise  bicycle  with  a  weighted  flywheel  in  a  classroom  setting.  

Body  Sculpting-­‐  This  class  is  designed  to  increase  your  cardio  endurance.  A  
variety  of  exercises  and  equipment  will  be  utilized  to  achieve  full  body  
conditioning.  

Fitness  for  Life-­‐  this  class  is  very  low  impact  exercises  that  will  increase  your  
flexibility,  range  of  motion,  and  strength  to  improve  your  daily  mobility.    

Cycle  Circuit-­‐  A  combination  of  free  weights,  exercise  equipment,  spin  bikes  and  
your  own  body  weight  to  work  each  area  of  your  body  while  incorporating  cardio  
to  get  the  best  workout  you  can  before  the  sun  rises.    

Yoga-­‐  Has  both  mental  and  physical  benefits.  Physically,  sweat  expels  toxins  and  
re-­‐energizes  your  body.  Mentally,  the  synchronized  breathing  relaxes  your  mind.  
A  vinyasa  class  is  both  a  great  place  to  start  and  continue  to  challenge  yourself.
