    SUBJECT: Upcoming JCAHO Visit

    Good afternoon all. We want to remind all employees about the upcoming visit from the
    Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAHO). The JCAHO will be visiting our
    facility from Monday, January 15 to Friday, January 19. Please be aware that during the visit,
    no vacation will be allowed.

    All employees have been assigned a task that they should participate in during that week.
    You will receive an email from your department head regarding your task. Any questions
    regarding the visit or your assigned job should be directed to your department head.
