MEDICINE
Nature is Medicine! And there is so much of it all around us. Most of us are familiar with
using foods such as chicken soup as medicine. And many are away of the powerful
benefits of herbal supplements. But diid you know that you can make your own
medicine? And that it could be easy and inexpensive?
You don't need fancy equipment or a degree in botany or natural medicine to begin
creating a little apothecary of your own. I put together this quick guide to homemade
medicine so you can start making your own herbal remedies right away.
You'll learn what I believe are the three most important, powerful and useful techniques
in herbal medicine to give you a great start. These techniques are versatile and can work
with a wide array of herbs for a multitude of uses. You can start with herbs you can find
right at your grocery store such as cinnamon, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley and
oregano. Then you can venture out an wildcraft some local plants such as dandelion,
mint, or whatever grows locally.
The bottom line is that all that we need to grow, heal and thrive can be found in nature
and within ourselves.
