The instructions ask students to ‘color, cover or stamp’. You can choose how
students will play the games.
Play with Markers or Pencils using colored pencils or markers to color on the
sheet. The game will only be used for one play using this method.
Play with Colored Counters by printing the game on paper or card. Students
can used colored counters to play. The game can then be played over and over
on the one game board.
HINT: Print on colored paper or card to make the game more visually
appealing.
Play with Stampers or Dot Daubers using a different stamp for each player or
a different colored Dot Dauber for each player. The game will only be used for
one play using this method.
Dry Erase Pockets An alternative is to put the game, printed on paper or card,
in a dry erase pocket. Students can play using either counters or dry erase
markers. This allows the game to be played over and over on one printed
sheet.

Dinosaur Ladders
20+7 a game for 2 players Need: dice, counters
Each player places a counter on a start space and on the 80
bottom of a ladder. Both players roll the dice and move.
Compare the value of the spaces that the players land on
and the one with the largest value moves their counter one
step up the ladder. Continue moving and comparing values.
The first player to reach the top of the ladder is the winner. 10+8
