Project Objectives:

 To receive and bought all the supplies needed for the


product by the beginning of November.
 To accept orders from customers by the 16 th
of November.
 To create and produce a product that has a sentimental value
from a customer that can be preserved and use as jewelry and
mini letter standees within the month of November to
December.
 To achieve a ten percent net profit each month of November
and December.
 To share our twenty percent sale by addressing the basic
needs such as food, water and facemask to vulnerable street
children and people who are experiencing homelessness within
Butuan City before the 31 st
of December.

 
Project Assumption

The organization’s project assumption falls under different


categories such as resource, budget and scope assumptions.

Resource Assumptions:

 The materials needed to complete the product will be readily


available to utilize.
 The team is assigned to do their designated tasks for about 30
hours per week on the day shift.
 The energy and water resources will be on during the working
hours.

Budget Assumptions:

 The cost of the materials for creating the product will be


sixty percent from the given budget of the project.
 The cost of packaging will be ten percent of the project’s
budget.
   The remaining thirty percent of the project’s budget will be
used for upcoming or unforeseen expenses.
 The material and resource costs will remain consistent
throughout the project.
   The overall cost of the day-to-day activity will not increase.

Scope Assumptions:

 The scope of the project will not change.
