1. Give the importance of forest and how to preserve it.

Forest provides habitat for wild animals and other organisms which provides large
human demands and needs of resources, it also helps the ecosystem become balanced.
Forests can be preserved by taking steps such as banning the importation of timber
which have been logged illegally, planting more trees, being responsible for our actions
which can destroy the forest, and most importantly, be knowledgeable enough on how
we can avoid to damage ecosystems and live in a way that you do not hurt the
environment.

2. What have you learned about RA 9275?

RA 9275 also known as Philippine Clean Water Act (CWA) was an act signed on 22nd
March 2004 to provide clean water. It was a project which was signed by former
president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. This act was signed to provide clean water which
could be used for all purposes, its purpose also is to protect and regulate the pollution
and distraction on the bodies of waters in the Philippines such as rivers, lakes, seas.
