Then here are the areas you’ll be responsible for:
Lead, develop, and drive the product management team bringing Unbxd’s product
discovery solutions to the market.
Gain a detailed understanding of customers and prospects in the target market, the
competitive landscape, and Unbxd’s technology to define and manage the product
roadmap.
Refine and improve Unbxd’s product management process for documenting and sharing
product requirements and descriptions that capture market opportunities and sharing
them with the engineering and marketing teams responsible for executing the product
strategy.
Create and evolve buyer and user personas for Unbxd’s products.
Articulate the product vision and roadmap to key internal stakeholders and customers.
Oversee trade-offs and prioritization within an Agile development environment.
Monitor and maintain the ongoing customer acceptance and satisfaction of products
Manage priorities with strategic agility and in-depth, hands-on product expertise
Serve as the subject matter expert for the products and features and acts as a product
evangelist to build internal awareness across the organization

Strong, written/verbal communication skills with proven ability to “win friends and
influence people” at executive levels
Demonstrated flexibility, organization and self-motivation
Strong personal charisma, people management skills and vision for the future
Sense of urgency and passion for winning.
Experience with Search technologies, systems and/or products (Solr, Lucene, Aerospike,
Elasticsearch, Kafka, SLI, Endeca), with an understanding the technical concepts and the
technology ecosystem.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. WebSphere Commerce, Demandware, SAP
Hybris, Magento)
Experience with B2B AI/Machine Learning solutions or applying these technologies to
solve B2B problems
Experience with large-scale e-commerce, either directly or by serving those businesses as a
primary customer/market.
