This letter is with respect to the above captioned matter.

You had taken loan through platform - www.lendkaro.com which is owned and operated by Hector Lendkaro
Private Limited and availed a loan from financing and banking partners Usha Financial Services Pvt Limited by
executing a loan agreement with the Lender (“Loan Agreement - 20-11-2020 ”).

As per the said Loan Agreement, that you had assured that the Loan, if granted to you would repay
punctually & regularly without any delay or default. However, the said dues have not been paid by you on
time.

Hence, please read the below from lender:

 The Lender states that as per their record you have failed to adhere to the terms of the Loan
Agreement and have committed a default. The over dues in the loan account are equal to 3130
inclusive of interest & Late fee charges as on the date of issue.
 That you have failed to maintain the financial discipline and have defaulted in the paying monthly
Payments under the terms and conditions of the loan. Further, you have also failed to clear your
outstanding with our client, in spite of repeated reminders over phone calls and messages.
 That as you have breached the terms & conditions of the Loan, as per the agreed terms and
conditions of the loan, our client is entitled to recall the entire loan along-with all accrued interest
(including additional interest, penal charges, fees, expenses etc.) and all other amounts payable by
you under the Loan.
 That as you, the above named addressee, have breached the terms and condition of the Loan
granted to you and committed an act of default, our client hereby recalls the entire loan, and hence,
you, the above named addressee, are liable to forthwith pay to our client, the principal and all other
amounts payable by you to our client (including accrued interest, fees, charges, expenses) and cost
of further legal proceedings etc.) on the said loan.
 The present notice is without prejudice to the rights of our client to initiate appropriate legal
proceedings against you for the recovery of the entire Loan outstanding along with all other amounts
due and payable by you to our client.
