Recommendations:

1. First of all it is necessary to determine the roles, missions ,authority and responsibilities

of employees clearly in their job descriptions and job specifications as this might prevent

them from experiencing role conflict and role ambiguity

2. The role conflict among employees should be responded well .

3. The employees should be intrinsically motivated so that they perform their duties with

dedication and this will create loyalty, commitment and less intention to quit jobs among

employees.

4. Their should be a friendly environment in banking sector so that employees can

communicate their issues

5. There is a need to have a comprehensive motivation scheme in all aspects in an

organization as this works directly proportional to the output of the employees.

6. The top management must keep an eye on the intrinsic motivators,they can become good

managers if they motivate each and every employee according to their needs.

Conclusion: The research study aimed to provide a relationship between role ambiguity role

conflict on employees performance in banks with a moderating effect of Intrinsic motivation

.After going through this research paper the reader can have a good idea the searched problem .

This research study will help bank employees in enhancing their performance as this study has
