resolutions were taken unanimously,

a. RESOLVED that MS. AGNIESZKA DEBOWSKA, Polish National, bearing passport No. E87916S101
Produdion Coordinator of Arcobaleno Footwear Limited and her employment aontract have
been extended for further period of two (2) years with effect f.om 13 September 2020. All
otherterms and conditions remain unchanged
