Dear Sir,

I, the undersigned would like to state that I have joined your esteemed organization as on May 10,
2019 as a “Research Analyst” and currently holding the same post in head office. I would like to
thank You for giving me the opportunity to work for your organization over the last one and half year.

However, due to personal reasons, I have decided to discontinue my service with Emerging Credit
Rating Limited; hence would request you to kindly release me from my duties. I am serving this
notice as per clause stipulated in my service agreement and rules of the organization.

1 would highly appreciate if you please advise the concerned department for doing the needful for my
release as on or before November 08, 2020.

1 will greatly treasure the experience I have had in this organization and I hope this experience will
expedite my success in future. I wish the management and all the employees of ECRL every success
in the future.
