The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs
State employees whose career files (absorption, reclassification, advancement,
advance salaries and individual entitlements) are at present processed by his ministry
that information relating to signed instruments and those pending notification to the
persons concerned are henceforth placed on line on MINFOPRA Website at the
address http://www.minfopra.gov.cm , under the heading "career instruments signed
and available".
Concerning hard copies of these instruments whose withdrawal was suspended
because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they shall be forwarded to MINFOPRA Regional
Delegations of the area of residence of the beneficiaries, where they can collect them,
within fifteen days latest upon appointment in order to avoid crowding.
ln that respect, State employees concerned should communicate their present
references (telephone numbers, town of residence, e-mail or WhatsApp address) to the
