PEOPLE

Description:
The theme I chose is that of people; where we will show the comparative sentences,
comparisons of equality and superlatives. In this case, comparative sentences are used to
counteract qualities of persons; while superlatives are used to contrast the qualities of
two people; On the other hand, comparisons of equality are the similar qualities that
exist between one person and another; as we will see in the examples that we are going
to see below.
Tom, Sally, and Ellen are good friends and they spend a lot of time together. However,
they are different.

COMPARISONS
1. Ellen is more happy than Tom.
2. Sally is smarter than Tom.
3. Sally is taller than Tom and Ellen.
4. Sally weighs 67 kilos and she is 4 inches taller than Tom.
5. Tom is older than Ellen

EQUALITY COMPARISONS
1. Sallen is a woman just like Ellen.
2. Tom is an adult just like Sally.
3. Ellen is friends with Sally, as well as Tom, is friends with both.

SUPERLATIVES
1. Sally is the smartest person in the group. She had the best grades at college.
2. Ellen is the happiest girl in the group.
3. Ellen is 15 which means she is the youngest.
