REGULATIONS RELATING TO MISCELLANEOUS AND GENERAL

PROVISIONS

I S SHABANGU, Minister of Mineral Resources, under item 4 of Schedule 4 of

the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996) and after consultation
with the Council, hereby repeals Chapter 31 of the Regulations made in terms of

the~i erals Act, 1991 (Act No. 50 of 1991) Act, as set out in the in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE
Repeal of regulations

1. Subject to clause 2 below, the whole of the regulations in chapter 31 is hereby

repealed.

2. The repeal of the regulations mentioned in clause 1 above shall take effect on
the date on which Offshore Installations are published in the government gazette.
